Terms of Service.

These terms explain the conditions for using Interfaith Women Survivors Network digital services and content, and define expectations for lawful and respectful use.

By accessing and using the Interfaith Women Survivors Network (IWSN) website and services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms govern your use of the IWSN website and related digital services. By using our platform, you acknowledge and accept these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the site.

2. Proper Use of Services

Users agree to use this platform responsibly and lawfully.

  • Respect the sensitivity of survivor-centered content and communications.

Website content, including copy, visuals, logos, and program materials, belongs to IWSN or licensed contributors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

4. Donation and Funding Policy

Donations are voluntary and support survivor-focused programming. Campaign designations are honored where possible, while IWSN retains authority to allocate funds where impact and operational need are greatest.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Website content is provided for informational and advocacy purposes and does not replace professional medical, legal, or clinical advice. IWSN is not liable for actions taken based solely on website content.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes arising from website use are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kaduna State.
